The bas-relief carved as with the grave cloth held Jesus shows us the wounds of crucifixion. He looks and speaks to the survivors of a symbolic gesture to you:
I am the resurrection and the life, whoever believes in me will live forever.
The surfaces are treated with an iron with channeling and read in conjunction with the oil surface in the dark like polished machined metal with a sledgehammer. The rectangular, slightly backward sloping copper roof cover protects the tomb. The letters are carved elaborately sublime. From a non-glued, oak plank hewn.
